- Shutters, roofs and siding need to remain the same as builder
original color which coordinates with brick color.
- Refuse and Recycle containers can not be stored in
front of home. Window air conditioners and window fans are not permitted.
- If changing front door, Cavco
doors ultra white doors that may be approved, with an ACC application are:
> K62CC & K60CC Six panel with
half moon
> K3CC Six panel door with 4 small windows at the top
> K2CC Six panel door with 2 small
windows at the top
- Contact Community Associations for ACC Request Forms which are required to be completed
and approved before making changes to the exterior your home.
- Contact the City of Gaithersburg for building
permits.
- The architectural committee meets every four weeks on Tuesday. Contact HOA for next meeting date.
The committee members are Linda Harrison, Joan Fox and Brenda Evans. The committee is standardizing styles, materials and
sizes for backyard storage sheds. They are also standardizing paint colors and shutter colors for homes.
