Welcome to the Montgomery Meadows Website

The Montgomery Meadows Home Owners Association was first established by the Developer of the Community, Security Homes of Baltimore County MD in 1983. They created a Volunteer Board of Directors to manage the Community in conjunction with a Certified Property Management Company.

HOA Board Meetings will be virtual until further notice.

Board Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday each month at 7:00 PM. Please email the Manager if you wish to attend virtually and the meeting link will be sent to you.

National Night Out 2025

National Night Out will be held on Tuesday, August 5th, 2025. Please join the Montgomery Meadows HOA Board and Community for our annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie.

Meet the Mayor Jud Ashman, City Council, and McGruff the Crime Fighting Dog.

Food, snacks, and drinks will be available along with some planned fun activities.

Event Place: Playground located on Travis Avenue

Time: 5-8 p.m.

Community Pool Is Open!

Now that the schools are closed for the summer, the Community Pool is officially open full hours every day except Tuesday.

Please be mindful of the Rules and Bathing Suit attire. Also, please note that the parking spaces near the pool are designated for the pool staff during the hours of operation. Please do not park your car in those spaces.

Pool Season

Pool Applications have been sent out. Please complete and return the document or complete the online form here. No one will be permitted to enter the pool without the pool pass.

Home Inspections

Spring Home Inspections are completed. Any previous violations that exist will be added to this list. Please submit any corrections to the inspector and/or complete a ACC Form when changes areas outside your home.
