Welcome to the Montgomery Meadows Website

The Montgomery Meadows Home Owners Association was first established by the Developer of the Community, Security Homes of Baltimore County MD in 1983. They created a Volunteer Board of Directors to manage the Community in conjunction with a Certified Property Management Company.

HOA Board Meetings will be virtual until further notice.

Board Meetings will be held on the 2nd Thursday each month at 7:00 PM. Please email the Manager if you wish to attend virtually and the meeting link will be sent to you.

Holiday Lighting Contest 2024!

Montgomery Meadows Holiday Lights Contest will be held on the evening of December 14, 2024. Here is how you can participate for a chance to be a winner.

Participants agree to have one or more photos of their exterior posted and/or published on the Montgomery Meadows Website. Participant agrees there will be no compensation of any kind for said posting or publication.
Judging criteria will include [a] Unique design and creative use of lights and decorations; [b] Storyline or theme; [c] Display and placement of decorations, animated objects, etc.; and [d] Overall presentation.
Participants should ensure that all lights, animations and decorations are in place and activated for the judging.
Winners will be announced and need not be present to win and if not present will be notified.
Be creative, be festive, have fun!

Home Inspections are taking place in the community. If previous violations exist they will be added to this year’s inspection.

Pool Season

Pool Applications have been sent out. Please complete and return the document or complete the online form here. No one will be permitted to enter the pool without the pool pass.
